It confused me, too, when I was testing my RAM using Applejack/ memtest, finding 2 bad 512MB sticks in my QS ... non-OWC brands. :( Just call & give OWC the Serial Number on the sticker(s), and they'll issue an RMA. AFAIK ... When you remove the battery, I don't believe you need to also push the CUDA. Good Luck.
