What I would do -----
Is to partition with 3 160GB partitions, and use the small partition  
left for OS9 (if you are still using OS9). Otherwise I'd just let  
Disk Utility make 3 equal size partitions out of it.

That way any of the partitions will accommodate a 'clone' of your  
initial system.
