Hi Amanda; Unless you are booted from that drive, it's 'In Use' because there is an application 'running' from that drive. Text Edit, iPhoto, iChat, maybe you looked at a .jpeg file on that drive. When you find the culprit, it'll be one of those 'Head Slap' things. ;-)
