It's not a 100 percent fit, although the outside dimensions of the  
mobo are identical.

The PSUs are different, and a QS PSU must go with a QS mobo, just as  
a DA PSU must go with a DA mobo (optionally, and only with a cosmetic  
difference, a GigE PSU can go with a DA mobo).
