I know that's what I said, but it isn't really the idea I was trying  
to get across.

When you mark things as 'junk', 'Mail' starts a 'rule book' as to  
what to look for to 'call junk'.
After a while, 3, 5, ? occurrences, it just assumes it is junk, and  
wants to 'file 13' it right from the start. When Mail is still in the  
'training phase' of setting it's 'Junk' rules, part of the process is  
to ask the user (you) if it's making the right decision. I "think"  
that is what the 'question' is a result of.

I.E. It's NOT a result of a recent 'junk' decision, but of a pattern  
of past decisions on your part.
