Hi All, Apologies if this is considered to be off-topic by the mods.
I frequently get emails at work (on Windows XP system) which have, as attachments, MS Word (or sometimes Excel) docs which have an amusing Flash animation embedded in them. I can force them to open with BBEdit, look for a file title in the gibberish & then google for it - if I find one - but I'd prefer to just extract the .,swf/.flv (on the PC, if necessary) and save as a stand-alone file. Anyone know how to extract the Flash video?
