He can go to one of the Fry's Electronics stores in the Bay area to buy, or
go online to order for same day delivery, their following one-week special
external harddrive:

A few months ago, I bought from Fry's a similar but smaller drive, which has
worked perfectly with my iMac G5 (20", iSight).  It came with a five-year
warranty.
