I saw a TV ad that got my attention, though I am usually skeptical of
such things. It was a Kodak multifunction printer (copier and fax)
for about $100. What grabbed me is the claim that ink for this
printer was much cheaper than for others, like a third the price or
better. Like 3 times as many pictures for the price. I've used Epson
for years and have been using aftermarket inks to make printing
affordable. (Some brands are actually ok.)

The Kodak brand interests me too. I bought a very cheap Kodak camera
for my wife and was pretty impressed with the handing and output. So
maybe they know how to make printers too.

Any experience with Kodak printers, especially the less expensive
models? Reasonable ink prices?

Rich
