This is UNIX way of letting you know something has happened on the 
system.  You should see this each time you log in and open a terminal. 
There will be mail.  If nothing else, it will tell you that you have 
logged in to the system.  To read the mail, open a terminal, if you 
haven't already done so, and type mail, and hit enter.
