"175 PACE (Not Responding)" Googled PACE, found that it May be 'download ownership/ permission/ whatever' Experimentation does show that it is associated with the 'downloading opertation' It is possible to 'Quit Process', whereupon, Python makes a brief appearance in the 'process list'. The 'Quit Process' also kills the download operation.
