Hi all, Have a 300mhz Beige G3 running 9.2.2 and 10.4.8
Sometimes the G3 can access the CD drive and other times it can't. When it can't, a PRAM reset via the keyboard will always get it recognized and going again... but it may become unrecognized again after a few minutes. I've replaced the original Apple drive with a newer Apple CD-RW drive from a G4 Digital Audio with no change. I've also installed a fresh PRAM battery with no change. Any ideas?
