I like Bruce's "Suspect the Cat" suggestion. Mine turned off/back on my modem the other day, and frequently stops my sleep apnea CPAP machine ... when he's hungry or needs to visit the cat box on the side porch ... Good thing he also walks on me to finish waking me up ...
