(Some of this has been asked before, but somewhat new with Tiger/ Leopard Compatibility)
I need to order 2 512MB RAM for my QS Dual 1GHz to use with an existing RAM stick under Leopard 10.5.6 and Tiger 10.4.11. Have 1 512MB rated at CL3. DMS: http://www.datamemorysystems.com/_memory-information/ 512MB_SDRAM_PC133_DIMM_575.asp SPECS: 512MB PC133 CL3 64X64-7 UR SDRAM 168 Pin DIMM (16 Chip 32x8) Want OWC: http://eshop.macsales.com/item/Other%20World%20Computing/ 133SD5123282/ SPECS: 512MB, PC133 Synchronous DRAM, CAS-2 rated refresh, 32x8 based memory device, 6 Layer PCB Board Design, 3.3 Volt, 168 Pin, Low Profile Will CL2 function properly in conjunction with the CL3? Any advantages to ordering the CL2 (Lifetime Warranty), since I have CL3 (Lifetime Warranty) already? Comments? Did memory requirements become more sensitive when we moved from Panther to Tiger & Leopard?
