Not a problem with the list.  It's a problem with that person's email 
account/service.  Most likely, Comcrud is yet-again unable to handle 
the daily influx of emails to their own customers. Instead of 
queueing the messages for later processing, like they're supposed to, 
they're just returning bogus fatal errors - to make the sending 
server stop trying.
