As I said on the 12th, this is a user data issue, not a program issue, re-installing Mail or OS X will not fix it. There's the brute-force approach: copy your ~/Library/Mail folder someplace safe, delet the account from Mail, log out and back in then recreate the account and import your old mail from the saved copy. > > > Many thanks for any ideas anyone may have. > > P.S.: Aw, gee, it seems to have deleted the mail now!!!
