Do you have StuffitDeluxe installed? If the answer is YES, do a search for Stuffit AVR. If you find it, disable it or delete it and see if the problem goes away.
I have a G4 iMac, running 10.4.11. In the past week, I have noticed that the desktop screen keeps re-drawing every few minutes. I ran Disk permissions and Onyx and I didn't get any negative messages. Any idea what could be causing the re-drawing? (i hope I am explaining "redrawing" as the right action.
