Seeing as this has gone on for days now, simply don't use it, and totally  
disregard whatever the manufacturers and chemists say to or not to use on 
camera 
 optics.    It's completely irrelevant in this case because according  to 
other posters, it does not translate over to monitor screens.
 
I stand corrected.  
 
As far as what you choose to clean camera optics with, that's your  business. 
 The only thing I take from this site on the matter is that I  have a world 
of information to use in my own series of articles on how the  general public 
is the camera companies best friends when it comes to front  element re coating 
(anywhere from $90 to $175 depending on the amount  of clouding or damage due 
to improper cleaning procedures) or  lens sales.  
 
Get the wipes or whatever has been recommended so far from an office  supply 
house, drug store or wherever it is you shop, and move on to the  next posting.
