The standard answer is to go to a vendor who specializes in Macs.
IMHO OtherWorldComputing is a pretty good place, and the cost is about
$20.
Another good place I have bought from is WeLoveMacs.
There are some ebay sellers also who declare themselves Mac
specialists.
