Check your software update prefs...this is a legit Apple update, that  
it looks like your system just got and applied. If the 'INstall  
important updates automatically' box is checked, this would account  
for the behavior. Also, in the same prefs pane, you can see the  
up[date name and date and time it was installed. Updates via Software  
Update are very difficult, if not nearly impossible to spoof, so if it  
shows there it's legit.
