Jeff,

In Firefox, go to preferences, security tab and click on the  
Exceptions button and find your banks web site listed there and  
select it and click on the remove button.  Close both windows and you  
are done.

For Safari I do not know to undo it in this program maybe someone  
else on the list can help you with Safari if that is the program you  
are using.
