Connect to the setup program for the wireless router (you'll want to  
use the ethernet connection) and check to make sure the router still  
knows about the secured network setup.

Also not all routers are reset by simply power-cycling them. Some have  
a hidden reset switch.

I've had routers that behaved badly that had to be reset.
