They're reported as wrong, but they're not.
Or there are multiple receipts for those items, with conflicting permissions.
Or ...  the list goes on.

Stop it.  You're NOT fixing anything by repairing permissions umpteen 
times.  This is the equivalent of repeatedly waxing your car because 
it has a flat tire.

"worked until recently"  Exactly what are they doing / not doing?
