Yank the pram battery. Press the CUDA switch. Wait 15 minutes, re- 
insert PRAM battery, press cuda switch again, boot.

That was the routine when I tried it on mine. It worked. I ended up  
sticking with 10.2 on it, never could get it to work  with 10.3 or 10.4.
