CPU unit transferred correctly, seated properly?

mobo cables reattached in the right direction?

PRAM battery in right direction?

Doing the CUDA, cmd-opt-P-R routine?

All RAM good? Might start with 1 known good stick.

Good OS X installation on the healthy hard drive?
