It's possible that folks don't understand that they MUST send the message from the same email address that is used to receive the list postings. "Sent from my BlackBerry device on the Rogers Wireless Network" is likely to fail. The comment in the trailer might be improved from: "To unsubscribe from this group, send email to [email protected]" to: "To unsubscribe from this group, send an empty email to [email protected] from the address at which you receive postings.
