File>Export>"compress movies for"=ExpertSettings

then the counter intuitive part

select "Share" (you set settings next)

"Share" takes to you the "save file as" dialog
at the bottom
select the conversion you want (in your case "Movie to QuickTime
movie"
and click "Options"
"options" allow you to customize "Settings" "filters" "size" and
"sound"
