They are called wire ties this is the proper name they've been around for
decades my dad turned me on to them when I was a kid back in the 60's when he
worked for RCA Aero Space they used them on the space craft he worked on!!! I
saw those ones you can reuse at Harbor Freight they even sell the regular ones
too!!!
