If you know how to use Pacifist,  an alternate way than to install all  
the XcodeTools.mkpg (2.41GB) ...

Using Pacifist > Open Package

Navigate to

Optional Installs > Xcode Tools > Packages > DeveloperTools.pkg (click  
Open)

Then Drill Down to

Applications > Utilities > USB Prober.app

and Extract.
