Thats because its for a different machine and it has different hardware.

Thats because they are restore CDs for a G4

G3s cannot run anything past 10.4 (the first PowerMac G3 (the beige/ 
platinum one) can only run up to 10.2 without XPostFacto4.) You cant  
just use XpostFacto for leo on any G3 because Leo does not have G3  
support.
