Yes, I suggest you do NVRAM reset, a PMU reset, and zap the PRAM.

PRAM: hold down the Command+Option+P+R until the 3rd or 4th bong.

I just had issues with the 9200 PCI card in my B&W G3 and these steps
ironed out the problems.
