Several members have already pointed out that there is no "Mac  
powerbook 2.3 ghz intel."  If the OP meant a MacBook Pro, then his  
message is way Off-Topic here.

As clearly stipulated in the trailer of every Group message, the LEM G- 
Group is primarily for discussions about "G3, G4, and G5 DESKTOP Macs  
- with a particular focus on Power Macs."  Please be reminded that LEM  
operates several other Groups about Apple laptops:  PowerBook, G-Book,  
G4-Book, and MacBook, all with numerous knowledgeable members.

This thread about the so-called "Mac powerbook 2.3 ghz intel" is  
hereby closed.  The OP has been asked to repost his inquiry to the  
MacBook Group.
