I don't believe Blu-ray will ever play on a PPC Mac since PPC software development is pretty much dead. If you had an Intel Mac the only way to playback Blu-ray at this time is to boot Windows 7 directly; no virtualization, it must be booted into Windows to work. You can buy a stand-alone Blu-ray player and leave your Mac out of the loop.
