Dear Jeffrey, I use a SKYPE USB headset when I use Skype and a Vonage router for a phone. I have a local line (because that is required to get DSL) but everything else comes from Earthlink and Vonage. It has slashed my phone bills by hundreds of dollars (I had billing problems for years with AT&T).
