When I watch tutorial videos such as the ones on Lynda.com I'd like to
capture parts of them and save them as QT movies. What's a good
shareware or freeware (or cheapware) program that can capture a few to
several minutes of on-screen video with decent quality?

Thanks,

Download Helper for firefox works for some of the vids on that site. Does anyone know of something like that for QT? If there is something out there, that would give you the best quality.
