This is a different problem than deleting the keychain.
Have you run "Repair" on the Keychain? (Keychain Access>Keychain
Access menu>Keychain First Aid>Repair).
If "Repair" fails to stop the messages in Safari, and you're using
Leopard 10.5, look at this:
