Two good points. Old Photoshop versions that will run in OSX are available  on 
ebay for cheap.

The other point is if you sending the file to a printing company you will need 
to make it compatible with their "workflow". OS X has the ability of saving the 
file as a PDF but may not have all the options the printing company needs to 
print your project

If you are printing the file on your equipemnt then the point is mute.

Depending on you situation, it may be better to hire a graphic artist. There 
are a lot of free lance people out there look for work. --glen
