Without further information it could be anything. So far we don't even know if your car won't go because you didn't put the key in the ignition or you left the garage door open.

We need details. Which Mac, speed, HD, memory, OS, fully updated?, network set-up, etc. And a complete description of the "crash" - Is some app crashing? Or is the OS itself panicing? What do the logs say? etc etc...
