It sure is not "the future of communication". In your previous post you said something about watching your house over the Internet. The best solution would be using an IP based camera (or network camera), means a camera that does not use your computer. You just set it up and plug it in to your router. D-Link makes some decent one, the best ones I have worked with are from AXIS.
