I thought it might have been a fluke, so I tried starting up in 9
again. Same scenario and fix.
So I am thinking that something is wrong with the 9.2.2 System. What
do I need to do so I can start up in 9 and install the clipart?
Boot from the OS 9 cd, and try this:
On the hard drive, Open the System Folder and drag the System suitcase
out of the system folder onto the desktop. You'll notice that the
System folder reverts to a plain folder icon.
Close the System folder window and drag the System Suitcase onto the
System Folder icon. This 're-blesses' the System folder. The icon
should be a System Folder icon again, and it'll most likely boot fine.
I"ve had to do this on several occasions to get OS 9 to boot properly
on older dual OS systems.
If it doesn't, re-install the OS 9 system from CD.
