Jonas, first you'll need these three items...
You'll need the white airport base station with 802.11b/g wireless because it has an airport extreme card inside.

Then, because you cannot use the external antenna port on the above base station to connect the cantenna (below) to, you'll need this adapter to plug directly into the card on the one end, then drill a small hole in the white plastic case on the AEBS and connect the antenna directly to the other end.

This antenna/cantenna works very well and is made water tight for outside mounting... I used plastic pipe from the hardware store and a single U-bolt to mount it to my mast. My sister is VERY happy with her internet connection and she's even able to watch Hulu video's without a problem!! They say this set-up works for up to 3 miles without obstruction.
