How can I stop Apple Mail from constantly asking for a password. I can't get 2 minuets without it wanting a password. I type it in and tell keychain to remember it but it asks again and again.

As long as the mail server is telling your mail client that there's an authorization failure, the mail client is going to dump that password - every time. The only "fix" is to wait until they fix the mail server, or switch to a different provider.
