This may be possible, but you'd need two separate Toast applications, and some applications don't like to have multiple versions running simultaneously. I used to use two separate Disk Utility applications simultaneously repairing separate drives and it worked fine. You'll have to see if you can get two Toasts and two burners going simultaneously, I suspect you can?
