I checked the XPostFacto page just to jog my memory. I was right the Sonnet G3 cards for these machines fit in the L2 cache slot. As far as I know no one made any software so that they(The Sonnet G3 L2 cache upgrade) can run using OSX. If you still have the original 603 cpu you can run Mac OSX 10.0 - 10.2 . It would also have helped to know which clone you have however I think they all have this limit.
