The ChronoSync application seems to be working as expected over my LAN. I would like to see a progress bar like CCC has, maybe it has one I just need to poke around a little. The application has a nice way of selecting what and and where you want the sync to take place. It has a lot of pretty cool options as to how specific you want to get with this.
