Hi good Listers all!
Firstly my apologies for the quadruple 2nd message posting - as I
explained to (ListNanny) Fabian (who very reasonably asked why I had
posted the same message four times in one minute!), it was nowise
deliberate - I have seen the occasional 'double post' in Forum
messages before so I don't think it's just me! - I think (!?) it
double posted and then I think I reloaded the page(?) or possibly
clicked on 'reply' rather than 'send' - and it double posted AGAIN.
Embarassing - however.......

.....I don't know but I will VERY CAREFULLY click send ONCE and the
number of the clicking shall be one - not two - and hopefully it
will be alright!

Anyway, thanks Dennis and Eric, both 'right' although Eric's is a
fuller 'right'! I thought the Sawtooth wouldn't be able to supply the
28 Volts for the ADC, and I suppose the DA's video card would
logically be quite happy to supply video to the VGA socket, instead of
via the ADC (dual screen not being supported (?)

Guess I need to try and resurrect the DA (which, from memory - I got
it in a job lot with a G3 iMac, booted once and then refused to boot
again!) I had a brief play before I took the video card out - but
didn't get a bong - just fans working - so some of the power supply is
working - not been in there with a testmeter yet.
Dan.
