Your post caused me to look around and I too found the ATI Radeon X800 XT Mac Edition, from what I've read it's a little bit better than the GeForce 6800 Ultra and cheaper too. If I had to replace my 6800 Ultra I think the X800 XT is what I would go with. Luckily my Power Mac is still under warranty if you can believe that.
