I have just now brought my E-Mac G4, 1.25GHz computer into the Leopard world, and have come up with the following question referring to external hard drives for Time Machine and such movable external drives.
Other than restarting, is there any way to reconnect to an external device once it has been "ejected?" I am hoping for some method like was possible with the old "SCSI Probe" which would awaken a newly connected device even while the rest of the rest of the system went merrily along conducting its business as usual.
