I currently have a mdd Powermac as follows:

Machine Info:
  Model Name: Power Mac G4
Mac OS X: Leopard 10.5.8 (build 9L31a)
  Model Identifier: PowerMac3,6
  Processor Name: PowerPC G4 (3.3)
  Processor Speed: 1.42 GHz
  Number Of CPUs: 2
L2 Cache (per CPU): 256 KB
L3 Cache (per CPU): 2 MB
  Memory: 2 GB
  Bus Speed: 167 MHz
  Boot ROM Version: 4.6.0f1
  Serial Number (system): XB3130D0NP3
Disk burning: 2x Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-118L
Video: NVIDIA GeForce MX 128mb
Monitor: Samsung SyncMaster 245bw

What I want to know...

1. can I use "any" logic board from "any" MDD in this machine?
2. If I get a fw400 board will I be able to install the dual 1.42 cpu board/heatsink and boot os 9.2?

The only thing that I know for sure here is that a 167mhz system bus is what I want/need. Jeff

AFAIK this is the last MOBO to fit that MDD the only other catch may be the power supply.
