Look at your local office supply store (Staples, Office Max, etc.) in their 
cellular and cordless phone section, they have a selection you can choose from, 
including Blue Tooth setups.  Standard phone headsets and mikes are mono not 
stereo, but understand that they also tend to use or have just one ear 
phone/speaker.  If you want mono with two earphones then you need to get to an 
aviation shop for pilots, they cost a good bit more but they tend to be well 
made too.

It's the mic that doesn't work, headphones are ok. I also don't understand why 
there is a stereo plug on a mono mic(rophone).
