No.  And neither does Time Machine.

Follow the directions in the documentation, which is available both from CCC's Help menu and online.

Just make sure you get the Target disk names spelled correctly ... I don't believe CCC verifies things along that line, and just starts copying to ... unless he's fixed that. Something about being difficult to do over a network ... CCC over a LAN works great, otherwise.
